Harlequin know 3800+ songs and tunes intimately so your guests won’t be disappointed if they request something special – even something obscure. Our practice is to add songs each and every week selecting the very best dancing-orientated party pieces released. If you have a special request please let the band know in advance of your event (usually a days notice is enough) and we guarantee to know the song in depth and perfectly deliver it at your event.
Harlequin can play and entire night of music from any particular genre including: pop, rock, disco, Irish, jazz, Alternative, funk, classical, country, rock and roll, 60′s, 70′s, 80′s, 90′s, current chart,… You name it… It’s the same with Harlequin as the old saying: “He who pays the piper calls the tune”.
Our ever-increasing song REPERTOIRE (currently over 3800 songs) is totally diverse and flexible. We don’t use fixed set-list for any event. For us this doesn’t make sense as every crowd is different and every party has an idea how they feel their individual personalities and their event theme is represented through theMUSIC.
Getting to know our client is key in this regard.
Eye-balling your guests and knowing from where and what backgrounds they come helps us greatly in filling the floor and giving your guests the music they want to hear. And if you can think of songs that we don’t already know we’ll learn them especially for you – no limits…
We’ll play anything from ACDC, Bruce Springsteen, David Bowie, Prince, The Killers, The Kings of Leon, Davis Guetta, LMFAO, One Direction, Take That, The Wanted, Bryan Adams, Bon Jovi, The Rolling Stones, Toto, Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, Van Morrison, The Police, Fleetwood Mac, Dire Straits, J-LO, Calvin Harris, Flo Rida, Beyonce, Rihanna, Katy Perry, Fleetwood Mac, Steely Dan, The Beatles, The Kinks, The Stone Roses, Blur, Oasis, Radiohead naming but a few… And our repertoire includes most chart-hits from since the 1960 and most hits from the Rock, Pop, Soul, Country, Swing and Dance genres. We also play every cheesy wedding song ever written… If that’s your taste of course!!!
