Our Unique Wedding Show

Harlequin’s wedding entertainment lasts THREE HOURS, that’s 50% longer than most other wedding bands in Ireland. including refreshment break.

Most of our work is performed as a six-piece band (with saxophone, drums, bass guitar, lead guitar, trumpet, clarinet and piano/keyboards/synths). If your budget allows and you don’t feel like considering disco as part of your entertainment Harlequin can keep the live music going for up to 4 hours.

We offer a very personal and positive ‘planned’ show for each client. Getting to know our client is the key to being able to deliver an EXPERIENCE that represents the personality you have envisaged for your wedding night celebration.

Our music selections at your wedding represent both your personal tastes and the tastes of your entire guest-list without alienating any single on-looker. With this in mind we chose songs from every genre that appeal to young and old alike.

Knowing where and when to play what?

This is an important skill we use when planning the structure of your evening wedding celebration and proceedings.

From time to time during the evening our front-man Shane may call the attention of the guests in order to deliver a positive ‘planned’ entertainment tit-bit (Maybe a performance by a special guests or simply wishing Happy Birthday to ‘Aunty Mary’). This type of entertainment works very well, textures your wedding evening and helps keep the guests involved and interested.
